Wishes



Pronouncing a final "s" in English -- more explanations and practice

Do you ever make wishes?

We often teach children to wish on the first star they see at night or on birthday candles or when you blow away an eyelash or dandelion seeds, but we don't really take wishes seriously.

Do you ever throw coins in a fountain?  Do you wish on stars or on candles?
